From inside the elevator facing out straight ahead there is an L-shaped piece of cover. Head there immediately. If you are careful to stay within the crook of the "L", no enemy will advance beyond this point unless you accidentally lead them to you. Enyala will hopefully take her time about this though, and if you're lucky she may not even advance at all. Even if she does advance on your cover position, you should be able to recharge your shields safely in the crook of the L cover while focusing her down without fear of any other enemies flanking you the exception to this being any combat drone summoned by the Eclipse Operative which you should take down immediately.
The other major threat after the asari are down is the afore-mentioned salarian Eclipse Operative, who is an armored version of an Engineer armed with a very dangerous rapid fire weapon. However aside from the drones he summons he isn't an imminent threat to you and you can pick him off at your leisure once the vanguard and Enyala are down.
The only other enemies are standard Eclipse mercs which should be no trouble as long as you are careful; once the big threats are down you can also have your squadmates come out from hiding and join the fight to make things easier.
Finally, if worst comes to worst and Enyala or another enemy are about to flush you from the L-shaped cover, you can pull out your heavy weapon as a last resort. Going after Enyala and killing her won't end this battle automatically, so it's actually smarter to take out her weaker friends first.

Make a Save, talk to them to see if you can pass, and if not, reload the save and play through more of the game to earn more Morality Points so you can try again. At the end of all the flirting however Miranda will tell you that she needs to time to think over whether you are serious or not about the budding romance. She will ask you straightforward if you want the romantic relationship for real or if it is just a one night stand.
Tell her that you are there are for the whole nine yards. The other option is that you will break it off. But even then you can patch things up in later dialogues. So pick whoever you want to romance and make it count. The third option only goes if you have enough points in either Paragon or Renegade. With that option you get to keep the loyalty of both women and make sure that you still have that romance going.
If you have followed all these steps and you are ready to go to the final mission then Miranda will tell you that she has thought things over and that she is ready for the next step. If you manage to keep her alive during that last mission you can have a romantic relations with her more often but that cutscene will only play once.

There are some explosive containers Shepard can use to their Shepard's advantage, as well as plenty of cover. Most areas are medium to long-distance between enemies with a few close-up surprises.
