To maintain an MCT certification, you must deliver at least one Microsoft course within your first year of certification. Course evaluations are distributed to all students at the end of your course, and you must obtain high scores for customer satisfaction, receiving no more than 10 percent unsatisfactory scores. The MCT program also requires annual re-enrollment, which consists of maintaining good standing during the previous year, completing a new application, paying an annual fee and fulfilling all customer satisfaction requirements.
