I like the colors. The water agar is simply agar without any added nutrients malt extract. It's typically used to slow the growth of bacteria and other contaminants while allowing mycelium to grow quicker. On a nutrient deficient agar water agar mycelium will expand quicker than bacteria so it gives you the chance of isolating a clean culture and transferring to regular malt extract agar plate.
